Powershell Windows MFC Scripting

Looking for candidate with 6 years of hands experience on C , VC , MFC .
Good windows system and scripting knowledge ( like Power shell ) would be a big plus
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code.
Implement performance and quality modules.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development
Good hands experience on C , VC , MFC Good windows system and scripting knowledge ( like Power shell ) would be a big plus
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
