Fast Response for ongoing projects from Boss/Test/user early feedback. Develop new 3A algorithm and feasible way to implement on latest projects. Co-work with camera other teams(AP/System/HW) to have outstanding tuning effect and better than other flagship Familiar with 3A(Auto Focus, Auto White Balance, Auto Exposure) and ISP(Image signal processing), and third party(HDR / MFNR / Bokeh / EIS)related exposure/color/texture/noise effect optimization. Qualcomm flagship chip is better. Create and develop new 3A algorithm or modify current algorithm to have better IQ results.

To optimize overall image quality and provide in time and effective solution for user feedback. Have ability to maintain algorithm stability and solve flow bug. Effective algorithm develop experience to improve IQ results.

  Have imaging effect optimization experience with Spring, T-mobile, AT T, DxOetc is better. 3-5 years above related experience is in need. Clear logic and communication ability. Can modified and develop 3A algorithm to improve effects is better. Familiar with C/C++ language and basic android framework/driver concepts
