Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong technical leadership

- Hands on experience architecting and implementing solutions

- Strong programming skills in C#, C++ or Java and at least one or two scripting languages

- Machine Learning/Data Mining - Implementation of algorithms for more than a couple of solid long term (- 1 year) projects

- Track record of leading teams that consistently meet or exceed commitments and deliver high-quality software

- Effective communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills

- BS or MS in Computer Science

- 3 + years of experience in software development with large, multi-discipline teams

- Deep understanding of development processes and has personally contributed to at least one of critical product ship cycle at a large software firm

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

- Systems background in Windows, Hadoop and HPC

- Experience working with large scale data
