Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in an advertising agency, digital agency/ a print boutique. You preferably have an MBA and understand the nuances of Marketing. Preference will be given to those with excellent writing skills and who are active on Social Media: Facebook, Twitter.
You will be responsible for :

Client Relationship and Expectation Management.
Effective marketing and communication solutions.
Creative Understanding - A right brief from client and to work closely with creative team.
Remain informed and up to date with regards to industry and brand.
To foster positive climate within the organization.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Be mobile with your own vehicle, a smartphone and the ability to multi- task.
Have excellent communication skills.
Should have great presentation skills. Ability to craft Powerpoint presentations and deliver them to an audience.
Be able to research concepts on the internet as well as social platforms to distil concepts.
Be a people person - extrovert, persuasive.
Well groomed, you should have the poise to deal with CXOs.
Extremely methodical, systematic, you should ensure great attention to detail and ensure deadlines are met.
