Responsibilities:

• An interesting opportunity to work as a first point of contact for CTS digital clients globally
• Provide intelligent solutions to client issues leveraging expertise on CTS digital products, technologies and understating client workflows
• Work closely with other internal stakeholders (Sales, Implementation, PD etc.)
• Exhibit strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills
• Get involved in future product development and new client implementations
• Provide intelligent ground up feedback for workflow improvement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years related work experience
• Strong understanding or experience with:
• Front-end: Java, Php, VueJs
• Back-end: SQL, API(Java, NodeJs)
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server or MySQL)
• Client facing experience
• Able to work as part of a geographically diverse team as an individual contributor and within a team as well.
• Excellent logical reasoning and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• MBA Finance or experience with finance and financial market data is a plus
• Previous Client facing experience is preferred
