JOB DETAIL

We are looking for an Client Servicing Executive with a vivid personality coupled with rich experience in handling clients and strong communication presentation skills who can take the clients business to next level.

Responsibilities:
You will act as a bridge between the client and the agency and responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting the client s needs by working with all the key functions that go into creating the agency s advertising output.

  • Understanding your Client
  • Corporate mission, structure and ownership.
  • Know all products that your client makes or sells.
  • Understand the category.
  • get to know who is your client s/brand s competition.
  • Understanding your consumer
  • Get to know who is the target audience for your brand(s) their attitudes, behaviour, motivations etc.
  • Brief the account planning, production, studio, creative and media departments in writing on all new jobs and follow up in a thorough and timely manner checking all work for accuracy against the brief.
  • Ensure that all jobs are quoted, approved and invoiced in a timely/accurate manner and assist the Finance Department in obtaining due payments from Clients.
  • Ensure that all jobs meet with Clients approval at each stage of development in terms of quality/timing and keep the Client updated with weekly status reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
  • Be able to juggle competing demands from clients and the agency.
  • Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.
  • Develop a good relationship and keep an open line of communication with the Client to ensure that his/her concerns are being addressed and to build trust.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of an advertising agency experience.
  • Prior experience in retail marketing can be a plus.
  • Proven, outstanding communication and Presentation skills.
  • Diligent/Hardworking and be able to anticipate problems and work under pressure.
