The Associate is responsible for configuration and implementation of ERP including SAP - FICO. This includes the support in both business projects through design and implementation of FICO business solutions in SAP and in ongoing business operations. The Trainee/ Associate is an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate SAP technologies to deliver superior business impact.

  • Work with client survey coordinator to ensure that all survey data is complete, accurate, and answered in a manner consistent with other submissions in the data base
  • Should have the ability to implement and deploy SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury, investment management

  • Assist business in leveraging (where advisable) standard process/system capabilities to reduce complexity and customization
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement)
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

Essential Skills


  • Working knowledge in SAP FI, CO and PS is preferred
  • Must have knowledge of SAP CIN (Country India) Version including Excise, VAT & TDS etc.
  • Must be proficient in handling Issues/support functions
  • Follow best practices and SAP functionality in system
  • Should be organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlines
  • Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management using highly professional verbal and oral communication skills


  • Should have understanding of business objectives and organization structure
  • The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness
