Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce graphics-driven videos, storyboards, and other assets of animation/motion design.

• Enhance content with engaging motion designs/ animation for multiple marketing channels that help drive the brand narrative.

• Knows about video editing using software Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.

• Edit raw footage or stitch up stock footage as required.

Required Skills:

• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, explainer videos, websites, marketing demos, social media videos, etc.)

• Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events.

• Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction.

• Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction.

• Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms.

• A strong portfolio of works or a demonstrated potential for great work.

Technical Abilities:

• Expertise with Adobe suite such as Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator with a strong understanding of Video Editing, 2D 3D animation, Motion Graphics rendering techniques.

• Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.

Good to have Requirements:

• Creative approach and storytelling skills.

• Prior work experience with a fast-growing start-up.

• Willingness to stretch and go beyond the normal standards of schedule and expectations.

• Great if the person has the knowledge of UI/UX and Prototyping.
