Customer Service Executive ensures that the company delivers the highest standards of service to customers. Customer Service Executive answers all the inquiries of customers, provide them with requisite information, help them in troubleshooting and address their complaints.
Primary responsibilities:
- Answer calls of customers to tell them about the services of company, handle orders and resolve their queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Keep database of customers up to date and correct errors in it
- Process orders of customers, issue invoice and dispatch the order on time
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests
- Follow-up with customer for documents and timely payment
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
