  9. Taking ownership of customer's issues and following problems through to resolution

  10. Formulation of policies to make TeeStory.in a customer-centric brand

  11. Training the team to go the extra mile to achieve customer delight

  12. Be involved in strategic decision making

  13. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

  14. Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports

  15. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
