Required Candidate profile

  • Prior understanding in customer support roles
  • Basic understanding of CRM/Marketing Automation platforms
  • Knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Should be flexible with rotational shifts
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Excellent phone ad Email writing etiquette
