JOB DETAIL

  • Collaborate with team members, resolve conflicts, and can build great relationships towards delivering on agreed upon goals
  • Able to work independently in your role and ensure quality deliverables
  • Recommend appropriate web site measurement tactics tied to business goals
  • Set up and manage Analytics for ecommerce sites utilizing Google And Adobe Analytics.
  • Configuring and setting up Google Data Studio/BI dashboards (Power BI).
  • Set up, and support GTM to ensure tracking across various channels
  • Identify opportunities for tagging efficiency and provide solutions
  • Analyze key performance metrics and competitive trending and suggest areas of improvement - Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Provide in-depth and insightful custom reports to communicate key metrics and findings
  • Recommend and create A/B or multivariate tests to improve user experience and conversion
  • Communicate with client technical and non-technical resources, Lead troubleshooting efforts pre and post release/publish, etc.
  • Debug implementation problems/configuration/coding errors
  • Write/edit implementation documents, which explain how to implement digital analytics solutions to the developers
  • Document marketing strategies and processes and recommend improvements
  • Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to deliver maximum return on investment
  • Actively participate in department activities help team growth
  • Mentor young/junior resources in the profession
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Create project specifications, low-level documents, and strategies for the entire project
  • Lead marketing activities for the entire project(s) and helps team members meet clients expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical and partner teams for driving synergy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree, Business or Computer Science related
  • 5 years working in analytics, in an implementation capacity, including experience working with tag the management system
  • 3 years experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel for processing data
  • Experience in (CRO) Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Experience in handling marketing campaigns
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Solid project management ability with attention to detail
  • A strong team mentality; and an ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Experience with implementing GA4 (Google Analytics 4) / Adobe.
  • Knowledge of popular CMS and ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, WordPress, and BigCommerce
  • Knowledge of statistics, particularly as they pertain to A/B testing
  • Understanding of common web technologies (HTML/CSS)
