The Associate Analyst is an individual who provides support to the internal clients. The job involves understanding, analyzing, synthesizing and presenting information from various structured and unstructured data sets. Works directly with the Advisory and Benchmarking counterparts to provide support to various ongoing projects. The Associate Analyst works closely with manager and provides quantitative and qualitative analysis on diversified projects on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Should have knowledge in analyzing and manipulating primary data and provide insights out of the analysis
- Support client projects with high quality client deliverables
- Ensure Turn Around Time (TAT) targets for all requests are met
- Interact with other team members to derive pertinent information for the request (Benchmarking team and other GRC functional experts)
- Able to manage multiple projects
- Prioritization of Requests by maintaining proper communication with internal client
- Calculate, quality control, document, and securely store database metrics for revised version of our benchmark programs
- Ongoing data mapping and reconciliation of questionnaire versions into current singular view all metrics
- Quarterly in-depth analysis for the Executive Advisory Program, Book of Numbers series
- During the annual revision process, work with program leaders to develop comparative metrics
- Work with program development team to create syntax for standardized reports
- Work with the sales / service delivery team to identify subset of companies that meet the requirements for that particular client
- Perform analysis to reconcile metrics based on client and consultant inquiries on an on-going basis
- Assist sales force with an understanding of the demographics of the companies used to developed comparative metrics
- Work with the service delivery team to develop and document syntax for standard and customized client specific analysis

- Applied quantitative analysis knowledge, should be familiar with SPSS and Advanced Excel, or other statistical analysis software programming ( R, Python, SAS, Tableau and Power BI) experience, familiarity with SQL based data extraction and relational database fundamentals is desired, consulting experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and critical-thinking skills are essential
- Should have knowledge on quantitative/ data analytics and research skills
- Should be organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlines
- Should be familiar with advanced statistical models like correlation, regression, multiple regression, segmentation, factor analysis and sentimental analysis etc
- Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management is essential
