JOB DETAIL
At least 7 years of experience in data warehousing and business intelligence, or a related technical field; experience in the financial services industry preferred. In-depth understanding of data warehouse and business intelligence technologies, including experience with multi-terabyte databases, ETL/ELT processing, dimensional data modeling, OLAP, and reporting tools.
At least 5 years of experience managing complex technology projects, creating project roadmaps and establishing work priorities; proven track record on on-time high-quality project delivery.
Excellent communication and internal customer management skills; ability to recognize and exploit business opportunities via the application of leading-edge technology.
Excellent leadership and people management skills; ability to define team goals and objectives and motivate a high performing team to achieve them.
Proven ability to deliver analytic business data; understanding of data flows and data structures; expertise in dimensional data modeling and OLAP; familiarity with major ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Ab Initio etc).
Expertise in major business intelligence and reporting tools (MS Report Server, Oracle BI, Business Objects, Cognos, etc.).
Working knowledge of database technology used in data warehouse environments (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, DB2, Netezza, etc. Worked on at least two end to end BI projects.
Should have SSIS,SSRS Strong knowledge in any one of the databases like DB2, Oracle, Teradata, MS SQL.
Sound Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts, design principles, and software architecture
Should have worked at least one data integration project.
SFamiliarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
