•The Senior Database Engineer works either as a team lead or as an individual contributor and brings database engineering expertise to the table , for any new product or a product already in production.

•5 years of experience in DB programming for complex web-based high-availability products , using SQL Server / Oracle. .

•Ability to work with the engineering teams and develop logical db model and physical db model , after developing clean understanding about the needed information system and the data flow.

•Excellent communication skills (oral , written , and presentation) and strong interpersonal skills , along with the ability to work as a member of a team with minimum supervision.

•Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse audiences in a way that establishes rapport , persuades users , and gains understanding.

•Proven experience on troubleshooting for complex performance issues , related to db programming or other db management related issues.

•Experience with Java environment , is an advantage
