Manage the overall HR Operations for Hyderabad location.
Responsible for overall quality system in HR department.
Interfacing with Operational Leaders for implementing HR policies & procedures in line with core organizational objectives.
Working with the HR department and related teams to analyze, design and roll-out key HR operating models including processes and systems to meet changing business requirements.
Coordinating for the development of departmental budgets and ensuring adherence to the same.
Managing ERP – HRMS, Attendance & payroll processing function while designing, implementing, and administering payroll policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely compliance with statutory obligations.
Maintain statutory compliance as PF, ESIC,TDS.PT etc.
Co-ordinate the performance appraisal exercise, beginning from Goal Setting of employees to their being appraised of the results.
Managing end to end employee health insurance benefit program for the company.
Counselling / grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating Employee Satisfaction and community development initiatives.
Requirement-
Education-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Equivalent
Good communication English.
Candidate should have strong 6 to 9 years of relevant experience into Human resources Operations / Business Partner role.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best Practices.
Prior exposure to HRMS / ERP implementation is an added advantage.
