ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating suitable DevOps channels

Designing efficient and comprehensive best practices

Introduce new industry standards and techniques that deliver improved software solutions.

Evaluate new technologies for inclusion in developed software solutions.

Design and Develop web, web services and back-office applications using the Microsoft and open-source stack of technologies, including C#, .NET Core, Kafka, Couchbase, and Elasticsearch

Participate in the review and analyses of business requirements, functional specifications and design documents; participate in project post-mortem facilitation.

Provide input on information technology tools, application upgrades and architectural design.

Implement and improve monitoring and alerting.

Build and maintain highly available systems and Container Orchestration on Kubernetes and Docker

Support software infrastructure by identifying and diagnosing software failures.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Required Education:
• Bachelor's Degree or related field with very good academic track record.
• Minimum Required Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps in a CI/CD environment
• Experience on Cloud Native apps (Docker/Containers) is mandatory
• Proficient in building and maintaining toolchains.
• Desirable Education/Experience:
• Significant version control experience (Git preferred)
• Experience with Team City
• Experience with GCP, VMware, or similar virtualization technologies
• Experience in build and release engineering through complete mobile, web, and backend infrastructure product cycles.
• Intermediate/advance knowledge on any one of the programming languages such as C#, Java or Python.
