JOB DETAIL

  • Develop new marketing strategies to increase our brand presence within clients and candidate community
  • Work daily within social media sites to relay brand presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Responsible for maintaining overall brand aesthetic and stakeholder engagement across all social media channels
  • Monitor and improve the website and digital presence through SEO
  • Generate social media campaigns and contest strategies
  • Manage the day-to-day brand initiatives including managing online reputation, corporate messaging and other relevant activities
  • Maintain blogs and necessary communication to engage candidates/employees
  • Contributing and supporting the creation and delivery of internal and external newsletters, and any additional key company communications.
  • Write and optimize copy for marketing campaigns
  • Lead the day-to-day activities related to the development and implementation of brand and communications initiatives.
  • Play a key role in the planning and organization of events
  • Handle the logistics of third-party conferences ensuring all events are executed seamlessly
  • Ensure our brand is represented professionally- marketing materials, brochures
  • This individual will work across functions to foster close alliances with counterparts in Sales, HR, Executive Leadership and other relevant teams
  • Cross-functional collaboration and innovative thinking
  • Leadand fulfill ad-hoc requests from leaders related to all marketing tasksnsibilities
