• Excellent in analysis and problem solving.
• Review existing source to come up with new solutions Analyse the user stories & come with Solution plan
• Understand SDLC and Should be able to understand the LLD and write the code.
• Should be aware of agile, scrum or other software development best practices
• Open to learn new technologies and able to contribute in the timely delivery of the project
• Should be able to work as individual contributor in development capacity
• Good communication and customer facing skills.

Required Skills:

• 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Dot Net and C#
• Hands on 2-3 yrs. experience with WPF, MVVM, XAML skills
• Good exposure on WebAPI, WCF services, interaction with Appserver technology, JSON, XML
• Strong knowledge of OOPs concepts
• Hands on in TDD (test driven development)
• Client Server application experience
• Experience in GIT, Gerrit
• Exposure to Agile frameworks (scrum/kanban/SAFe)
• Good communication skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through
• Prioritization, and time management
