Responsible for managing the Dynamics CRM application.
Conduct Business analysis and solution designing for implementation of CRM.
Gather business requirements (to be model, as is model) and experience in configuring Microsoft CRM modules including Sales and Case Management. Marketing.
Customize within CRM, including dashboards, fields, forms, views, reports, workflows.
Manage data, imports, verifying entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data.
Provide end-user support and training.
Update and maintain customer contact lists and import current leads, opportunities, into CRM.
B. Qualification and Experience:
At least 5/- years experienced with hands on MS Dynamics CRM development and implementations.
At least 5/-years experienced in .NET development with C#: ASP.NET, and Web Services.
At least 5/- years of JavaScript experience.
Certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization and Configuration and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application.
Experienced in customizing and in Developing Extensions, Plug-ins, Apps on top of Dynamics CRM.
Experienced in Integrating with Dynamics CRM SDK/APIs for Various CRUD and Entities Management Operations .
Experienced in managing and customizing Dynamics CRM 2015, CRM 2016 and Dynamics 365.
Has Very Good Experience in Dealing with SSIS or SSRS.
Has Very Good Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Portal Development and Customization.
