A total of 6+ years of experience with 3-4 years of supervisory or management experience leading/ managing automation team/ Project.
- Experience in Software Automation, preferably in the design, development, and implementation of automated tests, as well as the associated tools, frameworks and infrastructures.
- Experience in Oracle Technologies like Oracle EBS, Oracle cloud, etc.
- Expertise on any of the industry standard automation tools such as QTP, Selenium, Test Complete etc.
- Manage test automation teams and projects providing leadership and planning.
- Understand software quality best practices, test strategy and planning, test case development, test case deployment and execution, test data, defect tracking, and test automation.
- Understand the technical aspects of cloud applications. (80% functional and 20% technical - No development work).
