- Leading a team consisting of up to 10 SOA/Middleware specialists.
- Provide leadership/mentorship to the team, constantly striving for improvement.
- Perform Technical duties as a Subject Matter Expert in the day-to-day delivery of managing Middleware technologies.
- Provide Operational Support and leadership to ensure uptime and incident resolution targets are met.
- Reduce additional operational overhead for handling system issues due to performance problems.
- Participate with support tasks including monitoring infrastructure & alerting.
- Proactively be involved in performing troubleshooting & diagnosing production problems.
- Ensuring that the team is sufficiently resourced to cover the Core shift and out of hours shift.
