Responsibilities

  • Establish competitive Compensation and Benefits practices
  • Subject Matter Expert for Job Family and Bands
  • Compliance with Labour Laws
  • Define Employee policies which are inclusive and reflective of changing business and employee requirements
  • Design and Develop leadership programs in alignment with organization’s goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter / content experts, business partners and vendors to create and design new content, tools and learning solutions to meet organizations capabilities needs
  • Responsible for institutionalizing Development Planning & Succession Management, working closely with HRBPs
  • Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
  • Select, configure and implement analytics solutions
