Job description

1.HR - Legal and Statutory Compliance :

Ensuring compliant with various HR Statutory / Labour laws like : PF, ESIC, Factories/ Establishment, Employment Act, Standing Order, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour & Workman Compensation.

Liaison with Labour Consultants and Govt. Officials/Authorities (Labour inspectors and all other HR Statutory related officials) to resolve HR compliance issues.

Provide information or amendments in HR on Labour Laws, legislations, policies and procedures to the leadership team of HR and prepare action plan.

Prepare HR Compliance calendar and track, monitor and report the same on a monthly basis.

2. Statutory Compliance & Co-ordination: Ensure accurate computation and timely filing of statutory obligations under Professional Tax, Provident Fund, LWF, ESIC & Payment of Bonus Act Laws. Responsible for all Labor Law related interactions with vendors i.e Aparajita , Legasis etc.

3.HR Operational Support: Assist in executing all the administrative processes vendor management with all the key vendors - Banks, Payroll, Insurance Companies, Systems etc to ensure efficient delivery. Prepare various Administrative HR MIS reports. Keep a track of contracts, invoices and payments for HR function. Manage vendor records and conduct checks on contract terms, billing rates, payments and related taxation. Keep a track of payment schedules.

4. Policies and Processes: Support Senior of Human Resources on defining and communication of policies, processes, systems and controls. Timely communication, review and updation of policy manuals, work on process improvement and incremental HR systems implementation.

5. Systems Implementation: Support the HRMS system implementation and Payroll transition for the organization. Support HR on automation of employee records, onboarding, leaves & attendance, and separation processes.

6. Payroll Co-ordination: Provide administrative HR support for processing the monthly payroll. Ensure timely and accurate payroll process.

7. Personal Records Management: Manage Personal Records filing and conduct regular check on PR filing completion. Manage official correspondence with employees. Support employees on HR operational requests.

8. Audit & Compliance: Ensure all audit requests are duly addressed and full process compliance is achieved.

9. Special Initiatives & HR Analytics: Project based initiatives related to Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations from time to time.

 

Required Candidate profile

Have good verbal and written communication skills.
Be proficient in MS Office (Excel / Word / PPT).
Have decision making abilities and leadership skills.
Have sound knowledge of HR process and HRM.
Excellent communication Skills.
Soft spoken and multi-tasking is required.
