• First level responses to the online (email, webmaster, web chat) inquiries for exports and diligence process.
• Follow up with Zen Internal Team for any information/inputs or task related to exports.
• Follow up and reminders for the customers and proposals.
• Documentation Support.
• Weekly/Monthly report generations.
• Coordination for arrangements during delegation visits.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good communication skills, good in English
• Good skills on MS Word and MS Excel
• Minimum experience on client communications
• Knowledge on exports/international sales and marketing is an added advantage
