By way of first class management reporting, strategic analyses, and strong business acumen, the Finance team plays a key role in partnering with the business to help accelerate growth. The Senior Finance Manager (GTM Strategy) will lead financial reporting, planning, and analytics and will work cross-functionally to support our functional teams and initiatives. This person is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and has the ability to develop and provide insightful, value-added analysis across the company. The Finance Manager has FP&A, corporate consolidation, business partnering, and / or financial modeling experience in addition to a broader financial understanding, he/she will have a specific passion for and focus on go-to-market initiatives. Commissions strategy and process at a B2B SaaS salesforce is ideal, as a good portion of this role will be delving deep into our commissions structure and GTM piece of the finance puzzle.
