1. Should be strong in react and javascript concepts

2. Should be strong in business logics, HTML, CSS, mobile responsiveness

3. Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision

4. Should have exposure in handling state management in react from scratch.

5. Good to have exposure on unit testing libraries

6. Good to have exposure on middleware e.g. thunk or saga.
