This role holder will have a team of Zonal Marketing Managers (ZMMs), Area Marketing Managers (AMM’s) & Field Service Associates (FSA’s) reporting to themselves
They are responsible to ensure development and implementation of sound and profitable marketing plans for new Customer Acquisition, to attract HNI farmers &ensure increased wallet share etc.
Will have to co-ordinate with category leads, marketing team & operations to ensure the achievement of the season wise & category wise targets.
Ideation, Strategizing, Planning, Execution, Review and Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, advertisement, Sales Promotion etc., with the aim of maximizing Performance.
Able to develop crop wise packages with our retail products aiming at increasing the farmer ROI with consultation with experts.
To liaison with Agriculture Universities / KVKs / Research Stations / Govt Institutions in bringing updated technologies and scientific recommendations to retail customers.
Evaluate new products and services in farmer’s field and advise the category managers and operations team on business prospects.
Coordinate with Agri Tech Startups and Digital Companies in bringing precision agriculture tools for deployment in retail stores
