JOB DETAIL

Position: Help Desk

Experience: 2 to 3 yrs

No of Positions: 4

Qualification: Any bright intelligent Science Graduate / MBA/ MCA/ B.Tech

Skills:

1. People management/ Call management/ Telephone Etiquette, Mail Etiquette. Tech savvy with Computers, MS office suite, Knowledge of Hyderabad Geography, Multilingual with good communication and listening skills. Full knowledge of Hindi and Telugu

2. Age group: 22 to 30 years of age

3. Preferably Local candidates

4. Preferably experienced people who have worked in BPO/ Call center operations dealing with Government, B2B or B2C domains / citizen services / Helplines etc

5. Managing issues received in MRTS and assign them to Maintenance Team

6. Coordinates with Maintenance Team and Updates the status of issues in MRTS & inform user

7. Attend to calls received on Tech Support Number

8. Resolving issues through remote desktop sharing or through phone

9. Logs all calls & mail issues reported by various stakeholders in MeeSeva Request Tracking System (MRTS)

10. Updation of digital signatures of department users
