ZL Tech is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner in Hyderabad to manage day to day HR matters for our India-based workforce. This person will deliver industry best practices to help create a supportive and employee-friendly culture, and support the rapid growth/expansion of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and implement new HR policies
- Maintain various HR systems
- Coordinate with various functions in the organization, including Engineering teams, Customer Support team, Finance/Legal/Admin.
- Manage overall payroll processing
- Liaise with external vendors for statutory requirements
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Create a mechanism for managing process excellence within HR
Requirements
- Expertise in payroll calculation and processing
- Solid knowledge in statutory requirements, including local, regional, and federal
- Positive, trustworthy personality
- Ability to work with different characters and personalities
- Experience in working independently for an IT company with at least 100 employees
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management

- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- A Degree in Human Resource Management is preferred
