Assist in preparing and updating wages, staff attendance, petty cash claims and records. Related duties that will be designated from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education & Qualifications :
Diploma / Degree in Business Management
Experience :
- At least 0 to 2 years in proven experience as HR or any similar role.
