JOB DETAIL

 

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Will be required to work cross-functionally between the HR department, Internal legal team, and Legal consultant.

Drafting of new policies in accordance with the Relevant Laws and compliance.

Reviewing and amendment of existing policies and making sure they are as per compliance.

Keeping a track of the recovery cases as well as maintaining data sheets of the same.

Taking initiatives to minimize the number of recovery cases.

Lodging of Police complaints (If required) for the recovery cases.

Giving evidence in Courts in reference to the active cases.

Giving daily updates to the Stakeholders.

Providing support to HRBP in the concerned matters.

Providing suggestions to the HR team to strengthen the documentation and various processes legally and making sure it is compliant as per the law.

Identifying the legal risks within the existing HR processes
