JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Day to day operations of the HR function
  • End to End Recruitment process like Sourcing of candidates from job portals, taking care of interview and selection process.
  • HR Administration (eg. leave management, employee database, salary inputs, training history cards)
  • Core HR (eg. induction, employee engagement, counseling, exit interviews, discipline) Coordination of annual appraisals process
  • Training and development
  • Developing and implementing policies & procedures and communicating HR policies to all employees and Management.
  • Maintain HRIS on a weekly, monthly basis
  • Team management

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in the entire gamut of HR functions
  • Good interpersonal skills dealing with both lower cadre and managerial level people
  • Should be a quick learner
  • Prior exposure to managing operations in crisis situations, like staff allocation and balancing during peak periods, escalations from Clients, internal coordination between team members, etc
  • Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
  • Should possess strong analytical skills
  • Should be able to perform under pressure
  • Should have the ability to multitask i.e. manage multiple requirements and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Team Player must have the drive, energy, and persistence
