Responsibilities and Duties:
	- Day to day operations of the HR function
 
	- End to End Recruitment process like Sourcing of candidates from job portals, taking care of interview and selection process.
 
	- HR Administration (eg. leave management, employee database, salary inputs, training history cards)
 
	- Core HR (eg. induction, employee engagement, counseling, exit interviews, discipline) Coordination of annual appraisals process
 
	- Training and development
 
	- Developing and implementing policies & procedures and communicating HR policies to all employees and Management.
 
	- Maintain HRIS on a weekly, monthly basis
 
	- Team management
 
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
	- The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in the entire gamut of HR functions
 
	- Good interpersonal skills dealing with both lower cadre and managerial level people
 
	- Should be a quick learner
 
	- Prior exposure to managing operations in crisis situations, like staff allocation and balancing during peak periods, escalations from Clients, internal coordination between team members, etc
 
	- Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
 
	- Should possess strong analytical skills
 
	- Should be able to perform under pressure
 
	- Should have the ability to multitask i.e. manage multiple requirements and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
 
	- Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook
 
	- Team Player must have the drive, energy, and persistence
