We are looking for a passionate HR Generalist with talent management and operations experience.
Responsibilities
- End to End Recruitment process like Sourcing candidates from job portals, taking care of interview and selection process.
- HR Administration (eg. leave management, employee database, salary inputs, training history cards)
- Core HR (eg. induction, employee engagement, counselling, exit interviews, discipline) Coordination of annual appraisals process
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Training and development
- Nurture a positive working environment across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain payroll and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Skills
- 3+ Years Experience in the entire gamut of HR functions
- Strong Recruiting and Onboarding skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Should be able to perform under pressure
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Good leadership skills
