Responsible for end to end hiring, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and follow through until the candidate joins.
Will be managing a team of 2-4 resources.
Understand the Talent Pool available and identify the key motivators for them to join an organization.
Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager.
Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Understand the industry and environment the business operates in.
Build a strong talent pipeline
Requirements :
Should have strong knowledge on end to end recruitment.
5+ years of relevant experience in Bulk Hiring/Volume Hiring/Voice Process Hiring.
Must be able to handle a team.
Should have strong knowledge on various sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication skills
Should come with Positive attitude, confident, flexible to shifts & target oriented.
Should be able to manage multiple tasks.
Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work pressure
