JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for end to end hiring, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and follow through until the candidate joins.
  • Will be managing a team of 2-4 resources.
  • Understand the Talent Pool available and identify the key motivators for them to join an organization.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager.
  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
  • Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
  • Understand the industry and environment the business operates in.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline

Requirements :

  • Should have strong knowledge on end to end recruitment.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Bulk Hiring/Volume Hiring/Voice Process Hiring.
  • Must be able to handle a team.
  • Should have strong knowledge on various sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should come with Positive attitude, confident, flexible to shifts & target oriented.
  • Should be able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work pressure
