JOB DETAIL

Role and Accountabilities

  • The Manager HR role is to support the ST Hub set up in Gurgaon and Hyderabad
  • Support end to end LHR TA activities -recruiting, onboarding, campus, policy compliance, settling in new hires from tech into FMCG culture
  • Streamlining Ways of working with ST corporate for ST India
  • Support Hyderabad office set up ( co working space set up )
  • Managing expectations of niche talent and recruits
  • All the above to be done with constant corporate and local alignments
  • The ongoing support post the initial support
  • Support business in solving problems to deliver - admin/ resource / policy/ interviews / .
  • Support TA to identify local sources of talent
  • Effectively partner with Business to anticipate and provide appropriate solutions to deliver desired business results
  • Ensure policy consistency/compliance
  • Provide career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talent
  • Help line managers solve business problems
  • Key point of contact for grievance handling for the respective population
  • Partner with COEs to:
    • Execute tools/ programs to drive employee engagement
    • Execute communications
    • Play an active role in PepsiCo values/ culture/ engagement work (leveraging COE work for local activation)
  • Cross functional collaboration with high end communication with most important leaders within the organization

Key Skills Experience required

  • MBA with 3- 4 years experience in a Foods and Bev FMCG / Tech industry in Human Resources
