Roles and Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the end-to-end HR Process from Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Compliances, Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling, Performance Appraisal, Retention, and offboarding.
Ensuring the organization is in adherence to legal and statutory HR compliance.
Develop and evolve the new joiners' induction training for the business function and Conduct organization-wide Training Need Analysis (TNA) & owning the training calendar in consultation with the business management team.
Oversee implementation of fair HR practices and drive employee engagement bridge gaps between management and employees by addressing grievances.
Develop, evolve and practice a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and motivation levels.
Bringing ideas to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retain the top talents into the system.
Develop and maintain the HR roadmap encompassing strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall organizational goals.
To establish and develop relationships with senior management and other Business Partners to understand the key resources, issues, and associated requirements to meet both current and future organizational challenges.
Working on weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports and bringing business-level insights to the top management for strategic-level decisions.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in HR functions preferably across Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, and Compensation & benefits.
Education: MBA- HR or Masters in Human Resources/related field.
Hands-on experience with any HRMS tool and KEKA.
Thorough knowledge & understanding of HR policies & procedures, equal opportunity & employment legislation related to recruitment.
Technically sound with strong Analytical skills, reporting, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and listening skills.
Strong team management and communication skills.
Ability to work in an ambiguous start-up environment and flexibility to work with rapidly changing plans.
