This role requires you to be the owner of end to end HR works of the department assigned to work. Reporting will be to the department head and dotted line to Sr.director -HR.


  1. Work on end to end hirings.
  2. Be a SPOC for the department
  3. Liaison with Ops team for other works
  4. Attendance, Leaves, Appraisals
  5. Conduct HR interviews for Trainees till lead level candidates and finalise
  6. Offer Discussion and release of offers
  7. Induction sessions
  8. Onboarding Documentation
  9. Floor visits
  10. Employee Engagement Activities - Internal and External
  11. CSR
  12. Learning and Development
  13. Performance Appraisals process initiation
  14. Recommendation letters/communication and commitment signing etc
  15. Team Resignations, Terminations, FFS Processing
  16. Exit Interviews (Smooth exits only)
  17. Keep employees motivated.
