JOB DETAIL

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counselling on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommending changes.
  • Manage the organization s employee database and prepare reports.

Required Skills:

  • Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter with small sized company.
  • Knowledge of Statuary compliance.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews structured, competency-based.
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes phone interviewing, reference check etc.
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • MBA in Human Resources Management.
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years in IT Recruitment.
