Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counselling on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommending changes.
Manage the organization s employee database and prepare reports.
Required Skills:
Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter with small sized company.
Knowledge of Statuary compliance.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews structured, competency-based.
Hands on experience with various selection processes phone interviewing, reference check etc.
Ability to organize skills assessment centers in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.
Strong decision-making skills.
MBA in Human Resources Management.
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
