JOB DETAIL

  • Monitor all databases and applications
  • Maintenance of application
  • Expert in trouble shooting with respect to applications and systems
  • Follow SLA s
  • L1 level analysis troubleshooting of issues and timely escalations
  • Reporting of issues to internal engineering team and get the issues resolved
  • Execution of internal UAT for all new products
  • Need technical expertise, specifically with Linux/ UNIX
  • Good working knowledge in MYSQL
  • Analytical skills are required to be able to examine error logs, system performance data
  • Experience in IN - VAS engineers from Telecom sector is preferred
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
