Job Description Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary/Brief: Prime responsibility is to engage in outbound calling to reach out to prospective customers and educate them on Company's portfolio of Solutions (staffing, consulting, training & technology). Raise interest levels of the customer by explaining benefits, asking right questions and with appropriate follow-up.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating awareness: Primarily responsibility is to create awareness in market about Fulfills services and portfolio of Solutions to prospective customers through telephone/tele calling and send emailers, flyers

• Lead generation: Will generate as many leads as you could by contacting customers from a defined database.

• Support Sales Team: Will support sales-team by fixing appointments with qualified leads and assist Team through apt follow-up with

• Customer Service: Accept incoming calls/inquiries to assist information seekers by facilitating appropriate information and resolve any queries that the customer may

Competencies Required:
