Roles and Responsibilities :

1. To create TOC and design content flow as per the project specifications

2. To manage assigned eLearning training program with internal as well as third-party resources

3. To interact with clients and analyze their requirement using a formal TNA(Training Needs Assessment)

4. To create project plans for the given projects

5. To create instructional design documents, presentations and storyboards basis the project content.

6. Knowledge to create SCORM packages

7. To work on eLearning authoring tools to create infographic eLearning courses

8. To manage content on LMS

9. To work closely with SMEs on content analysis

10. To continuously improve the existing content

Mandatory Skills :

1. Proficiency to work on MS Office tools, mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint

2. Experience of working on eLearning authoring tools like Articulate 360,Adobe Captivate 9, Elucidate, H5P etc.

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Customer management
