Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Supporting to salesman SFA and DMS issue and Providing Training to sales team on new improvement ( knowledge sales on app/dms or ready to do) .
Desired Candidate Profile
1. OS : Linex / Windows /MAC
2. Network : CCNA / CCNP and CCIE Security or MCSE/MCSA
3. Computer Hardware
4.Qualification: B.Tech Graduate (Preferably CSE), BCA & MCA
