. Acting as a Technical engineer to customers for providing solutions to the Incidents/problems & Requests and assuring the best and smooth services.

2. Deployment of Firewalls/Routers/Switches.

3. Management of network devices including Routers, Switches & Firewall.

4. IP whitelisting

5. Troubleshooting Network Related Issues and Wireless Access Issues.

6. Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring Network Links.

7. Monitoring network performance, Backup of Network Devices.

8. Setup of Internet/MPLS connectivity.

9. Coordinate with Clients and setup the Connectivity to Clients through VPN/Internet.
