Tecnics is a Software Services, Product Development and consulting services firm in Houston that is looking to hire a professional and experienced recruiter to help in talent acquisition and growth of the organization.

Requirements:

• 3 -10 years of Recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting IT professionals
• Full life-cycle recruiting experience
• Should be well versed with all tax terms
• Good experience in recruiting all levels of requirements.
• Working with direct customers is a great plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within a high volume recruitment environment
• Proven track record of recruiting passive candidates, and maintaining a local network of potential candidates
• Ability to utilize several recruiting sources including postings, internet, networking, and referrals
• Very good English is required. Self motivated team player
