Roles and Responsibilities:
- We are looking for good IT Recruiter having experience in domestic IT industry who have experience in the complete life cycle of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Good experience working on Contract , Contract to Hire and Direct Hire
- Excellent understating of IT Skills and Technologies
- Should have hands on exposure working on job boards such as Naukri, LinkedIn etc & other techniques
- Candidates should be extremely motivated self-starters with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Timely submission of resumes as per the position budget and negotiating finalizing salary accordingly.
- Identifying and processing the right candidate towards closure to achieve a positive conversion.
- Ensure recruitment TAT are met as mutually agreed with TL/Manager.
- Should be smart, aggressive with solid negotiation and closing skills.
