JOB DETAIL

  • End to End Recruitment Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling and on-boarding.
  • Sourcing candidates through Employee Referral, Database, Job Portals and social media.
  • Candidate Engagement - Providing a professional experience to the candidate from the first call to the candidate up to joining.
  • Closing positions and ensure quality hiring within TAT.
  • Experience in Core HR
  • Experience in Joining and Exit formalities
  • Experience in Attendance & Leave Management
  • Knowledge in policy making

 

Skills and Experience:

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment specialized in core IT
  • 3-5 years of Technical Recruiting Experience in hiring candidates for contract and fulltime positions.
  • Familiarity in Job-Posting and managing portals like, Monster, Naukri, social networking sites.
  • Excellent Fluent English is a must - Proven written and verbal communication
  • Competitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good recruitment track-record of placing candidates on both contract and Fulltime
  • Good track-record of placing/onboarding bulk candidates
  • Experience in Core HR
  • Experience in Joining and Exit formalities
  • Experience in Attendance & Leave Management
  • Knowledge in policy making
