Prodapt Solutions is hiring a Lead Recruiter to support our ASIC, FPGA and Embedded Software requirements in the US. You will work as Recruiting Team Lead and managing junior recruiters

Desired Candidate Profile

5+yrs of experience in recruitment

Responsible to hire engineers for our clients in the areas of ASIC, FPGA and Embedded Software.
Must have good experience communicating with candidates Via social media.
Must have very good communication skills.
Ability to work on a complete recruiting cycle starting from searching candidates, cold calling, submitting them to the client and then on boarding.
Good to have experience working on ASIC/FPGA domain, such as UVM, physical design, RTL, Emulation, Mask layout etc.
Experience working on ATS platforms
Experience managing junior recruiters
