Sourcing Profiles from various channels like Job Portals, Database, Job Posting, Mass Mailing, Referrals etc. , and mapping them according to the requirement.
Conducting the interviews at all levels.
Facilitating the offer making process using internal tools -Salary negotiation, Salary band fitment and Internal Parity analysis.
Review and clarify job specifications, competencies and skills required
Source applicants through portals and internal references
pre-screen job candidates
Review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers
Providing timely feedback to Candidate, Vendors & business the post interview process.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
To identify the best mix of resources to source top talent using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.
Manage complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
