Job Summary

Looking for Domestic IT Recruiters Hyderabad (2 position) with minimum 2+ years of experience in relevant Field.

Most important Good English Communication is necessary.

Candidates having Minimum 2+yrs are considered.

Location: Khajaguda, Hitech City, Hyderabad

Shift: General Shift.

Roles and Responsibilities

Excellent understanding of IT skills.

End to End recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, interviewing, target Hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates.

Working on client requirements and submitting the profiles with TAT, interacting with clients, coordinate for interview and follow up till the candidate onboards.

Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills. Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals (Naukri), Internet sourcing.

Negotiate & finalize Pay rates/compensation of candidates. Working Knowledge on Social Networking sites to identify candidates.

Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, confidence level, and work.

Work as an individual contributor and close positions of different levels.

Act as SPOC for client, candidate and stakeholders or management.

Helping team in creating and maintaining potential database.

Understanding of current technologies and upgrading of new technologies.

Recruiting through job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationship and referrals.

Willing to join immediately or within 15 days. .

Good understanding about recruiting process.

Should have good communication Skills.
